About the Owner
GGD Creative was founded by Heather Goss in 2008. Heather has been in marketing and creative services for more than 25 years. She earned an MBA in Marketing from the Stern School of Business, New York University and has worked in virtually every facet of marketing and design, from product management of a large packaged goods company to designing branding materials for small, start-up companies. She learned the art of graphic and web design at Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts where she later also completed a nine month professional photography program. It was her goal to offer graphic design, photography, and web design all within the doors of one boutique agency. Several years after completing her training, she “went back to school,” becoming Adjunct Faculty in Graphic Design at CDIA BU. For a couple of years, just prior to moving to Seattle, she was also Adjunct Faculty at American Graphics Institute Training, a certification program for aspiring graphic and web designers. Heather continues to be energized and inspired by her clients and their projects.

“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Heather for a few years, and she is without a doubt, an invaluable part of our team. We commissioned Heather for our website redesign, and she was a joy to work with as she took the time to understand our business and translated that into our amazing website. Not only is Heather very intelligent, responsive, supportive, and clearly technically savvy, but she goes above and beyond for her clients. “It is rare to find someone who can be so tuned to what you are looking for that they know before you do what it is you will like. This is the gift that Heather has. Her skills with web site development are obvious when you work with her, but it is her attention to detail and her ability to listen to, and bring to life, your vision, that sets her apart. I am always amazed at her work and continue to call on her to guide me in new projects.”
